Furnas Environmental Interpretation Centre

Arriving at Lagoa das Furnas, in Povoação county, stop at the parking lot near the south edge next to the Regional Road. Walk about 10 minutes on the traditional cobblestone path, with the lagoon on your right, and pass by the chapel, the old houses and the garden, until you find a slight detour to the right where you will find the Centre.
