Escalvado

Located on top of the sea-cliff of the Ponta do Escalvado Protected Area for the Management of Habitats or Species, from this viewpoint you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the lava delta of Mosteiros and the four islets, as well as Ponta da Ferraria. The small building located at the viewpoint is an old lookout, once used in whaling activity.
