Fajã da Caldeira de Santo Cristo Interpretation Centre

Leaving from Calheta village, follow the Regional Road 2-2 towards the Health Centre and turn right to "Topo". Still on the Regional Road proceed about 3 kilometres towards east until you reach a T-junction. Follow the "Nortes" sign. Arriving to Norte Pequeno parish you will find a sign on the right indicating "Fajã dos Cubres". Go in that direction. After, descend to the fajã, passing the chapel and head to the parking lot. From here you can go on foot or moto for about 4 kilometres, reaching the Fajã da Caldeira de Santo Cristo. Shortly after passing the cemetery, on the right you will find a sign indicating the Centre, which you should follow.
