Protected Area of Resources Management
Maritime area of about 246.5 hectares, located on south of the island, facing the Morro de Lemos and the Morro Grande das Velas.
The fauna is diverse and can be observed the Atlantic Bonito (Sarda sarda), the Yellowmouth Barracuda (Sphyraena viridensis), and sometimes, the Loggerhead Turtle (Caretta caretta).
