Cabeço da Hera

Located on the Cultura da Vinha - Ponta da Ilha Protected Landscape Area, this viewpoint is a privileged place to observe: the landscape of the eastern part of the island, some of the areas that integrate the Natura 2000 network and are part of Pico Nature Park, the rock formation of Castelete da Piedade, the Canal Pico – São Jorge (water channel), part of Piedade parish and, with favourable weather conditions, the island of Terceira.
