Lagoa Branca

Located in the climb to the highest point of the island, the Morro Alto, and included in the Morro Alto e Pico da Fé Nature Reserve, this viewpoint has a privileged view over the Lagoa Branca.

This lagoon is partially cover by an extensive layer of Sphagnum spp. that works as a regulator of the water flow of the island. It is also an important place for birdwatching.
