These ponds, located at the southern bottom of Lomba Grande, in Pedro Miguel parish, have great relevance to local biodiversity, both in terms of fauna and flora, typical of wetlands. It is an excellent place to observe birds that stop here during their migrations, such as ducks and egrets.
