LIFE SNAILS - Cycling Against Invasions

On 11 May, LIFE SNAILS, coordinated by the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Action, invites all nature lovers and mountain bike enthusiasts to join us in a unique action to identify invasive plant species in the areas where we work. Called "Pedal Against Invasions", this event promises to be an exciting and educational journey where participants will have the opportunity to learn about the invasive species that threaten local ecosystems and discover ways to combat them. This mountain bike ride not only promotes healthy physical activity, but also contributes to the preservation of the environment.

The meeting point is at Pico Alto, Santa Maria island, at 10 o'clock. Here we will start our adventure. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of this collective effort to protect biodiversity. However, places are limited to 10 people, so don't hesitate to sign up as soon as possible.
