The Natural Fibres Festival is back at the Antigo Pomar das Caldeiras das Lagoa das Furnas.

This event is dedicated to the preservation, promotion and innovation of regional crafts that use natural fibres as raw material. Throughout the first weekend of August, in addition to the exhibition of large pieces made of wicker, there will be workshops, run by local craftsmen, for the elaboration of small pieces in wicker and New Zealand Flax leaf.
