House of Fossils // Dalberto Pombo Environmental Interpretation Centre welcomes the CineEco Festival

The Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change, in partnership with the Expolab – Centro Ciência Viva, welcomes the CineEco – Serra da Estrela International Environmental Film Festival with two sessions on the Santa Maria's Environmental Centre.

The CineEco is the only film festival in Portugal dedicated to the environment, in its broader sense, which takes place in Seia, since 1995, by the initiative of the Municipality of Seia. The extension of this festival in the Azorean islands happens since 2013. This year presents a selection from the 2021 edition.

The sessions take place at 16h00 on 9 April, with the short film Migrants and the documentary Living Water, and on 23 April, with the documentaries Des legumes dans la ville and Long Distance Migrants - between the Tagus and the Arctic.
