Road interruption notice

The Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change, within the scope of the LIFE BEETLES project, will carry out the felling and removal of eucalyptus trees along the access road to the Natural Monument of Algar do Carvão, on Terceira Island.
For everyone's safety during this operation, it will be necessary to stop circulation on the road, from November 8th to 12th, between 8am and 5pm.

The Regional Secretariat for Environment and Climate Change aims to protect and conserve the environment, through this type of native forest recovery actions, safeguarding the environment for the common good!
This action is part of the conservation and territorial protection plan of the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Change, and aims to recover the native forest.
