LIFE SNAILS – Operational team in the field

The LIFE SNAILS operational team, project coordinated by the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Action, is currently carrying out invasive species control actions on the ground.

The work includes identifying, removing, and eradicating invasive alien plant species in the project’s priority intervention areas, contributing to the restoration of natural habitats and the protection of endemic terrestrial snail species.

The implementation of these actions requires technical preparation, knowledge of the territory, and systematic fieldwork to ensure the effective execution of the planned conservation measures.
