Technical visit within the LIFE SNAILS Workshop

As part of the LIFE SNAILS Technical Workshop, held on October 22nd and 23rd on the island of Santa Maria, participants had the opportunity to take part in a visit to the facilities of the associated beneficiary — the Regional Directorate for Forestry Resources and Land Management.

During the visit, the team presented the work carried out in the production of endemic plant species, which are essential for the restoration and improvement of the habitat of the project’s target species.

This exchange of experiences strengthens cooperation among regional entities and reinforces the joint commitment to conserving biodiversity and enhancing Santa Maria’s natural ecosystems.
