LIFE IP CLIMAZ Travelling Exhibition: Raise Awareness, Participate and Take Action

The LIFE IP CLIMAZ project, coordinated by the Regional Secretariat for the Environment and Climate Action, invites the general public, schools, universities, public and private entities, and associations to participate in the opening of the Travelling Exhibition “LIFE IP CLIMAZ: Raise Awareness, Participate and Take Action” on 18 November at the Viveiro Florestal de Espécies Autóctones (native species forest nursery) in São Brás, Praia da Vitória.

This event, attended and participated in by the Regional Secretary for the Environment and Climate Action, Alonso Miguel, will take place throughout the day. It includes activities such as a trail and the planting of endemic species, providing a practical and educational experience. The exhibition features interpretive panels, illustrative models, virtual reality glasses, and other interactive resources. It aims to publicise the climate change mitigation and adaptation actions implemented by the project and to raise awareness of the challenges the Azores faces.
