Basalt

Volcanic rock associated with effusive eruptions of basic magmas, dark colored (gray or black), usually fine-grained, often with pores and few phenocrysts (minerals visible to the naked eye). Normally there are observe olivine minerals (green), pyroxenes (black) and plagioclases (white).

Curiosity: the basalt is the most common volcanic rock.
