Pumice Stone

Volcanic rock of trachytic composition, usually light coloured (white, beige or yellowish), with low density and with vesicles of fibrous appearance.

It is associated with very violent explosive eruptions, of acid intermediate magmas.

Curiosity: it floats in the water.
