Earth Laboratory

The Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Center goes to the city of Horta, to provide a fun and science-filled afternoon for young people from 10 to 14 years old. We will carry out various experimental activities that will allow us to test and explore characteristics, properties and behaviors of the different materials that make up the planet Earth, through which we will create clouds, weigh the air, see how sulfur crystals are formed, test invisible forces and much more!

Participants must bring their mask. During the activity is recommended to practice social distancing and respiratory etiquette.
