In each trail we can find a number of points of interest where landscapes and buildings are highlighted and the occurrence of some species of fauna and flora also as geological formations.
These trails are also a bit of history of the Azores, because many roads were footpaths, where the people passed enabling contact between populations and was used for the exchange of agricultural products, fish, and many others.
